What is the role of Petzl Technical Institute in Australia & New Zealand?
Each Petzl Technical Institute has a number of key functions. These are:
- To answer technical questions relating to Petzl products and their use.
- To increase efficiency in response time to requests from end users, trainers & sellers of Petzl products.
- To provide feedback on Petzl products to Petzl (France).
- To provide end user solutions to access, egress, working in the vertical world by recommending Petzl solutions.
- To establish Petzl Technical Partners and Petzl Information Partners within Australia and New Zealand.
- To train staff of the Petzl Technical Partners and to train Petzl Information Partners.
- Collecting information from end users; Petzl Technical Partners; and Petzl Information Partners on:
- issues relating to Petzl solutions;
- ideas to improve Petzl solutions;
- new product / market requirements;
- new areas where Petzl solutions could be used;
- training requirements and improvements
- Conduct audits of prospective Petzl Technical Partners and Petzl Information Partners
