What is the aim of Petzl Technical Institutes?

Petzl in mid 2000’s came up with the concept of establishing a worldwide network of Petzl Technical Institutes. The aim of the Petzl Technical Institutes is to facilitate communication on Petzl’s diverse range of work and sporting products and promote training in their use.

Petzl, in conjunction with its distributors around the world, decided that it wanted to setup this network that allowed users, trainers and sellers of Petzl products to develop solutions for industrial and recreational pursuits.

There is only one Petzl Technical Institute per region as defined by Petzl and its distributors.
